I didn’t mean to offend you. However, I’m tired of the largely unscientific recommendations regarding laboratory-based cosmetics, which tend to unsettle people and waste limited resources. Anyone who recommends laboratory diagnostics must also be able to specify the benefits. Hope alone isn’t enough.
Thanks…this one is a keeper. I used to keep a spreadsheet with my results and did so for many years. Then I stopped. Time to restart it so I can track the various markers. Now to get my doctor aligned with testing the non traditional markers.
I strongly recommend keeping all copies of lab and imaging results for yourself. Especially, now when you can ask AI to interpret it for you, but of course, knowing that it may be wrong.
Even though I am an MD, I check with AI before going to a doctor. The big positive of AI is that you can spend an hour talking to it and questioning it, which will almost never happen with your doc.
Sorry, but that’s complete rubbish. Human beings are bio-psycho-social beings. Lab results only address the biological dimension. Psychosocial circumstances are left out of the equation. I don’t know of a single elderly patient who actually enjoyed growing old.
Well, I see you have strong opinions. Good for you.The article is specifically about blood tests not about holistic approach to aging which is of course important.

What is the point of measuring lab values in a physiological process?
There is only one way to prevent aging: die sooner.
You see, I already can counter your point about aging. I enjoy it because I have maturity and do not take a bait into futile discussion.
